Grate is a kind of thermal equipment working at high temperature, and its main parts are made of heat-resistant alloy steel. The working mode is to distribute the iron pellet on the grate bed running at a slow speed, the waste heat from the ring cooler and the hot air from the rotary kiln are used to dry, preheat and oxidize and consolidate the pellets, and then directly send it to the rotary kiln for roasting. The powder on the grate is collected by the ash hopper and reused.
According to the different operating conditions, temperature, material ratio and overall process of the equipment, the grate can be divided into three types: oxidized pellet grate, metallized pellet grate and low-temperature reduction grate; according to the different output, the grate can be divided into 100000-5 million tons/year output of different specifications of the equipment model.
In 1996, our company began to develop the grate relying on domestic experts. In 1997, the oxidation pellet grate with an annual output of 200000 tons was successfully designed and manufactured.After years of continuous improvement, design and development, we are able to design and produce various specifications and models of grate.
